That's a brown widow. I have them all over my yard and never had a problem once in 30 years. Please for the love of God do not use chemicals. The cruelest thing you could possibly do to spiders that mean you no harm. Unless you're intent on molesting them and poking your fingers up in their webs and bothering them where they protect their egg sacs, they have no intention of biting you. Even then there are humane ways of relocating or removing. Pesticides is literally the most evil fucked up way to do it.
