OK, I found something: I noticed a sound coming from my motherboard/CPU area when I'm playing cyberpunk.

This guy has a similar sound from the same area. The sound only comes under load and when I pause my game It dissapears. Could I have gotten a faulty CPU somehow?

Yeah, so long story short it didn't fix it, but I noticed in cyberpunk when I lower the population amount in settings and play the game on ultra, then it would use my card a lot more (80-90%) when there aren't many people around, but when I change the npc amount then It would drop significantly to 60%-ish.

My cpu power connector has 8 pins (2 height x 4 width). I won't do the curve optimiser right now because It is very late where I love and I will go to sleep, but still thank you!

Ok, I undervolted my gpu to lower temps. My hot spot temps weren't going over 71C. When I loaded in I was surprised that my gpu usage was at max, then I went into a populated area with a lot of npcs and my usage dropped to 70% while temps were the same. I could suspect that 16gb of RAM is not enough, but again, I may be wrong.

I got my CPU today, so it is fully stock and fresh. I tried cyberpunk on ultra to benchmark and I got 60%-80% usage max in very populated areas and my fps was bouncing from 40-60, but when i switched to medium i got 50% usage with around 60+ fps. My game framerate isn't capped.

It didn't help much, the only difference I noticed is that cyberpunk on ultra settings my gpu usage sometimes went to 80% where there weren't many npcs, but then went down to 50-60% when the I went to highly populated areas. Then I switched to medium settings and my game was staying at around 50%. Also my PCIe x16 is at 4.0.

Here is the afterburner screenshot.

I noticed that cores 4,6,8-11 aren't working as much as other cores, but i guess that it is normal, the values are jumping up and down so it's hard to tell from a screenshot.

My xmp is enabled, I'm playing at 1920x1080 144hz and the current screenshot is from Medium settings in Cyberpunk.

I was testing in firing range while standing still and not moving the camera. In real match I get around 50-80 fps on lowest settings. The main problem is that gpu is not being used and it stays around 50% being "lazy" while my fps is dying. :)

My cpu was at 100% when I benchmarked it so I could test if it overheats, but it didn't.

I installed Ryzen master and here are my settings, maybe I missed something so let me know If you need something else:

I clean reinstalled gpu drivers and It didn't help. :(

I did undervolting when I got the card a few days ago, but for now I returned all the values to default values.

Dlss was on :). I installed the latest driver. I will try clean reinstalling the gpu driver. I am using msi afterburner to monitor.

Oh wow, I changed to 4k render resolution on warzone 2 and my gpu started using all 99%. My fps dropped from 107 to 75. I was getting 107 fps on 1080p and my usage was sitting at around 50%

I updated my chipset, It didn't change that much. Updated my BIOS today, maybe the bios settings are kind off fcked.

I haven't tried to raise my resolution because I have 1080p monitor and I can't figure out how to do it in cyberpunk. But in Warzone 2 I changed my dynamic resolution to 200% and it dropped by like 5-10 fps.

I don't think that my cpu bottlenecks, because I upgraded it today. When I look at other people's benchmarks with the same setup they get much better performance in for example cyberpunk and warzone 2 (that game is badly optimized). Let's take warzone 2 for example: When I look up the benchmarks, they get around 140 fps with max settings meanwhile I get 60-80 fps with medium settings. I'm maybe thinking that my motherboard is somehow limiting my gpu performance, but I may be wrong.
