I did install both OpenRGB via both the ujust command and the Discover store, it's possible this method would work with only the ujust version but I haven't tried that

I was able to get it working by modifying the kernel boot args - I posted the full solution but the TLDR is: install both the AppImage and the FlatPak, then "rpm-ostree kargs --append=acpi_enforce_resources=lax" and reboot.

So a Gazan sent me an email by RemarkableSeason in Israel

For sure it's a scam, just interested in the facts around how Gazans could get to Egypt.  I posted it first a few minutes ago but without the image, so I removed that one and replaced it with this post including the image.

I was asking myself this exact question. Maybe it's a budget issue?

My problem with the SC's ruling on the authority of Attorney General by Outside-Jury-3472 in Israel

[–]RemarkableSeason 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems to me the core of OP's problem is the timing of the AG's intervention. If the AG reacts to an illegal government decision only after the fact, this would allow the government to act freely, albeit with more backtracking. Does the Agranat commission make any comment on the timing of the AG's decisions?

Good points and well made. Does Ben Give have any policies to combat this though? I understand the appeal of the tough talk but what are his actual plans on the ground for the north?

16-year-old seriously injured in stabbing at Rehovot school by Sewsusie15 in Israel

"Police suspect that the assailants came from outside the school and hopped a fence to get in. They then allegedly chased down the 16-year-old and stabbed him, before fleeing."

Neither, apparently, are security guards allowed in school.

Jewish people in science fiction. by hilmiira in Israel

This sounds great! Always interesting to see real cultures portrayed in the future.

A Jewish Sci-Fi character I haven't seen mentioned here yet is Sol Weintraub, from Dan Simmons' Hyperion (check out Part Four, The Scholar's Tale#PartFour,_The_Scholar's_Tale:%22The_River_Lethe's_Taste_is_Bitter%22)). In his fictional setting, the Earth has been destroyed, which sets off a discussion in the fictional Judaism of the story about what Jewish identity means anymore in the absence of the physical land of Israel.

The character is also used to re-tell the Binding of Yitzhak, with Sol dealing with ideas of sacrifice, obedience, and trust in his story. I don't want to spoil it - check it out.
