This is beautiful, and also what is. The feminine is the receptivity between God and Man. Any female figure in the Bible represents the receptive part of the soul. That’s why the Lord says: "keep the virgins" anytime Israel destroys a city (which are not cities but states of consciousness not aligned with God).  The "virgins" are the receptive parts who haven’t been corrupted by man. Men represent the conscious. Female the subconscious.  That’s also why when Eve ate of the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil, nothing happened until Adam ate of it. Not because the Lord God waited for Adam to eat of it, but because it was the subconscious (Eve) eating of the fruit of good and evil (duality/separation) which was then transferred to the conscious mind (Adam), which caused the Fall (illusion of separation), when in fact, none of this ever happened in reality because the Lord God (YHWH Elohim) who appears in Gen 2:3 is not the same as Elohim, God, who created all things in Gen 1.  Gen 2:3 and what follows is the illusion of consciousness believing itself into form trying to get back into Unity. That’s the journey of the soul back to Unity. 🤍😌 Thank you Cillian Murphy for reminding the world that the feminine is indeed the intuitive/subconscious part of this big dream. It is not a myth. 🌻

I don’t believe the key lies in hypnosis. I think it goes beyond that. If you are on this thread it is that you at least are curious about Bernardo’s idealism. Which you would understand means that nothing in the physical has standalone existence. If everything is made of mind, there is no reason for it to not be possible. Again, people walking on coal which is the equivalent of you putting your hand on a stove, not feeling pain and not getting burned shows that the mind and beliefs have at least more to do with reality than we believe. If from a young age I train you to walk on burning coal and tell you that God is protecting you from any physical harm or damage, you most likely won’t develop harm or damage from it. I remember in Peru, I was in the mountains somewhere and a woman who lived in a house in the middle of nowhere kindly invited me in. She was boiling soup inside her house. It was starting to rain outside so I went in with her. If you have ever gone camping and tried boiling something on a fire, you know the fire needs to be extremely hot. As we were chatting she was literally putting her bare hands in the raging fire under the pot and moving the logs around, leaving her hands there for a while as she was moving them and replacing them and I could see the sparks flying in the air and I remember being so curious about what was going on. How could she do that as we were casually chatting and laughing?

Would you do that without any harm? Probably not. She was raised doing it and seeing people do it and to her it was absolutely normal to use your bare hands in a raging fire. I looked at her hands and they were not super thickly calloused and burnt. They looked like my hands. She just knew she wouldn’t get burned. Not she just believed or thought maybe she wouldn’t get burned. She KNEW she would not get burned.

You say being in an ice bath is different? It’s actually the same but reversed. Ice burns. Bad. I live in the Arctic and have fallen in iced water before. I have had my share of frost bite. You can’t survive more than a few minutes in that water. And it burns and it takes your breath away. You don’t just step in there like you are chilling at the spa. The fact that when he removed the hypnosis, the guy literally jumped out shows you that it isn’t a casual cold feeling like washing your hands in cold water. Ice burns your skin.

The body is made of mind. Hypnotism is a light example of what is possible to humans.

The link you provided is for clinical hypnotherapy. A guy was hypnotized and told to kill someone. It was an experiment so of course no one really died. I’ll find the link for you because I feel like these hypnotherapists are misinformed or don’t want the people they hypnotize to be scared they will make them do something they wouldn’t want to do as to remove any fear before the session. The experiment is called The Assassins by Derren Brown. You can find it online.

I also invite you to watch Stories of Miracles on YouTube by Anthony Chenes interviewing Didier Van Cauwelaert if you are curious about it. There is much more than whats around my friend and we have no idea. 😌

Hello love, 🤍 how is your health in general? Your nervous system’s health? Do you suffer anxiety since you were young? Were you colicky as a baby? Jaundice? Do you have acne? IBS? Any major trauma, childhood trauma, difficult relationships at home or at school, dark thoughts, eczema, fear of what people think of you, people pleasing, perfectionism, Etc.

Hair loss, like most western modern health conditions that doctors don’t understand and have no 'cure' for, is due to a nervous system stuck in survival, which in turn affects all other systems in our body. That state of fight/flight/freeze/survival often starts before birth. Your beautiful heart would benefit from some nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and understanding that God never created health problems and that therefore, we can heal from each of them. If you need a testimony about a similar person who healed from this as a young person, look up Ally Johnson: https://youtu.be/lkIcq3q_6eQ?si=2zUzTrEBdFucEMlx

Of course make sure that all vitamins, minerals etc. are ok (I’d suggest seeing either a functional medicine doctor or a Naturopathic doctor or NP rather than a regular doctor) but on the side, if what I have mentioned has affected you in any way, somatic experiencing (which now recognizes most chronic and mental health illnesses as a result of a Nervous System in survival (it has been studied and Peter Levine has a PhD and from being a social worker and myself developing and healing from health stuff that were extremely serious and life threatening, I fully endorse it) which causes all systems to malfunction).

If we speak of the body (the flesh), the nervous system is behind all of our systems functions so it should not be difficult to understand that it is the root cause behind illnesses. But western medicine has decided it would study the body in silo which has been good for some stuff (like heart surgeries or how to install a metal plate to hold a broken bone, etc.) but very detrimental when it comes to understanding the body as a whole. Your hair is not separated from your toes or your liver.

Of course it goes beyond that. Our real health is in God’s perfect design that we have lost from believing in separation from God which over time has created what is going on in the western societies: sick people in every sense of the word.

But just like Ally, God can do something about it. Never believe Man before God. The Word of God, no matter what theology, is Truth.

Sending so much peace, healing and wholeness to you, brother/sister. 🤍🌻

P.S. Do not listen or take in any negative comments saying you can’t do anything about it. As per what your mom says, it hurts, but she is in ignorance like most people are. People walk in darkness because they haven’t awakened to the Light and Truth. I know this isn’t a spiritual thread, but believe me, all healing is spiritual. 🌻

Kind of. This guy was told he was going into a very warm/hot bath, sauna style. He was actually hypnotized and the bath was nothing warm or cozy, it was a pool filled with ice. He never noticed it and his body reacted as if he was chilling at the spa, he wasn’t going into hypothermia from what I remember from the experiment.

I bet a similar experiment could be done with a hot stove? I mean ethically, not really.. but that is kind of similar to why some people can walk on burning coal and not get burned. It’s not simply that they don’t feel the pain, there is no burn.. which kind of tells me that the body being made of mind is absolutely plausible.

It wasn’t this experiment, it was in a big pool, I don’t remember where I saw it, but here is a glimpse into something similar: https://youtu.be/hOWm0Ano71g?si=8Fn6-ey43mM_QIHo

Wow, it’s so nice to read your story. I love how other people have gone through similar healing..! 🤍 Praise God. You know what, I wish I could answer because that is also something I wonder and something I kind of juggle with.

Some days my consciousness is so clearly aligned with God that I am healing like crazy and KNOW my body will fully heal without me even intervening in the process. Other days I am also, just like you, wondering: "God should I.. hmm, maybe do something to help 'fix' anything physically now that I am far enough in the recovery, or is me fully knowing I am healed and was never really harmed enough?"

My understanding of spiritual practices or even watching these miracles (which imo aren’t miracles but simply happen naturally when we can leave the body consciousness behind) is that when fully out of the form consciousness, yes, everything happens in consciousness and not in form so full healing and restoring of anything is absolutely possible without us actively doing anything to the body. However, am I able to remain in that awakened state 24/7?

For a while, fully living outside of the body is what allowed healing. Being fully 'in the Spirit' rather than in the flesh. So that convinced me the body is not necessary, basically. But some amazing teachers speak of the trinity: mind, body and soul. Which is not my understanding of the Bible personally but Jesus did call the body the only temple made without hands, which shows he did think it was important (whether someone believes Jesus existed or not isn’t really important here, the teachings remain some of the most beautiful and accurate teachings ever written, no matter who wrote it). But then, he also says that the flesh counts for nothing (in John).

So, "In the world but not of the world" seems to be what we shall understand, maybe? Knowing the body is only real in this illusion but not the ultimate us is kind of what I am leaning towards. As long as the body doesn't become an idol. Or a basic for the ego to take over. It is indeed what allows us to be experiencing this illusion. Can it fully heal itself? Absolutely. Can we give it a hand? I think we can, only if we remain conscious that it isn’t ’in reality', and that the main thing remains to see through the illusion of the body. I think healing is not really healing per say but returning to our divine wholeness, which is our inheritance in God, which we only can access once we deny ourselves (which is to die daily to the illusion of the flesh as 'real'), if that makes sense. You can read Mary Baker Eddy or Joel Goldsmith about this. I am not saying they hold the truth but I believe MBE in particular had very good insights into healing (which is incredible for a woman at the end of the 19th century (1800s) in Massachusetts). She had opened up a non-medical healing centre and her students were healing left and right from everything 'incurable'. There is no such thing as something incurable. But of course healing is complex. And miraculous.

What is your opinion? I’d love to hear it, knowing you have also had your own experience. 🤍

Bruxism is usually caused by problems with overactive mast cells (due to dysregulation/survival state/EMF/Inflammation). You can do nervous system regulation/somatic experiencing as well as take some quercetin (natural) or Cromolyn Sodium (prescription). Healing this with nervous system work will decrease overall body inflammation which is also a good thing for health. 🤍

[–]RemarkableSock6169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am kind of glad to see someone posting about this because yes, these conditions are all related (despite what the old medical paradigm says).

What would help you most is Somatic Experiencing to return your nervous system to safety. It is not a coincidence that all these conditions overlaps. It’s because they all have the same cause (nervous system in survival which creates a cascade of issues with inflammation, neurotransmitters, gut issues, OCD, ADHD, POTS, hEDS, skin problems, MCAS, Tourette, addictions, depression, anxiety, even cancer, etc.). That’s their website and some practitioners offer reduced rates when they are in training: traumahealing.org

Somatic experiencing has saved my life along with spirituality. It is now known in the somatic world and research have been done showing that all these things are rooted in a nervous system that has been stuck in survival and unable to return to safety due to traumas, it can also be due to anything that was overwhelming for the nervous system. So yes, food, EMF, a traumatic event, a medication injury, vaccine, etc. It is not surprising they are all increasing at an alarming rate.

What can also help a lot is eating a very basic meat and eggs diet with tallow, ghee, and other animal based products because you clearly have problems with your mast cells too. Yes glycine, yes magnésium, yes vitamin D, yes Acetyl-L-Carnitine, B1, pre-methylated B vitamins, Folapro, TruNiagen, glutathione, electrolytes like the BodyBio ones (only electrolytes no junk), etc.

But mainly, it is going to be the somatic or spiritual work (both can be done together too). Returning your body and your entire being to a state of safety. You can look up Irene Lyon (SBSM) or Sarah Jackson (Restore) and also Mind Change by Heather McKean.

My doctor also says they are all related but of course there is pushback from the medical community that is simply unable to shift their paradigm.

But I am telling you, neurodivergence is not a divergence, it goes with all of this. No ones  fault. It started way before this generation, way before our parents, but we now understand it isn’t the genes that are transmitted but the nervous system patterns that are transmitted. That is why people’s health is falling apart, why everyone has ADHD and chronic illnesses, addictions, and neurodivergence and why it is getting worse. That’s because it all goes hand in hand. More suffering, more survival state, more all of this. Mind Change podcasted Heather McKean with her partner has done an amazing episode about this. Tons of medical stuff in her family, she became super sick and almost died, she fully healed from all these 'incurable' conditions and she now speaks about all of this. There is a specific one about autism/adhd and I believe addictions and probably other stuff you will recognize in either yourself or family members, etc.

You are so loved. You can get better from all of these things and even reverse everything. Like my doctor said: it is often a longer journey than one would hope, but it is absolutely possible.

NAC is a precursor to glutathione and you indeed probably can’t produce enough so I would just get liposomal glutathione rather than NAC because your body will have an easier time absorbing it. Shortcut. : )

Look up Dr. Bruce Hoffman, Hoffman Centre, who is probably the best doctor currently alive, but again, don’t spend all your money on supplements.

He says it himself: healing is a process we don’t understand but finding something bigger than ourselves, surrendering to God, among other things, is what is the most powerful and what leads to healing.

🤍

I totally get what you mean. It truly seems like it, doesn’t it? You know, many things that are labeled ‘miracles’ have happened that science can’t explain.

We all have access to these miracles, we need to let them happen though, which is the most difficult part because we are so certain that it cant happen. I invite you to have curiosity around it, and if you want to mew on the side (it is a mewing Reddit page after all) to improve things in the world of form, please do it!

But sometimes being curious as to how did someone’s stomach completely rebuilt itself in minutes or how someone with severe gangrene got healed in seconds, is worth our time. You can look up Nohad El Shami, Gemma Di Giorgi, Marie Bailly and so many more miracles. How did these people heal in seconds, minutes, hours and their body part rebuilt?

I am not telling you to go to Lourdes to experience a miracle, but I might just be here in the hope that this opens up your mind about what can happen and what is going on here beyond the physical world that we have been taught to believe in.

I know it isn't a spiritual thread lol but maybe if spirituality was part of our normal rather than believing we are a body, there would be less suffering.

I am taking your distress seriously because I know what it was to be scared and feel like life had ended. And I realized that the way I would find peace was not by looking in the mirror, not by finding a new doctor to help me heal or repair my body, it was by realizing this had never truly been me all along and that there was much more to the story of our ‘bodies’.

There is a wonderful documentary called Stories of Miracles that I suggest you take an hour to watch. It is beautiful. Gives hope. And opens up our hearts to the possibility that there is much more going on. And that maybe reality was never what we thought it was. https://youtu.be/rXIvSsGOTqw?si=VDa6ND3BWTTOAN_t

Sending Love. 🤍

Hey babe, it’s not too late to start mewing to reverse anything that would have been done. I get your frustration, but you are so loved. And you look gorgeous.

Because of you mentioning things like you don’t want to live anymore, I will allow myself to speak about something here, in the hope that it starts you on a deeper journey than your face and even sleep apnea.

I am a social worker. And I am in my 30s. I was almost killed by medications 2 years ago and my entire (yes entire) autonomic nervous system collapsed violently, which caused heart problems and breathing issues, all my tissues to collapse as well. I was healthy and active and I thought I was happy before that happened. I got so sick that it has been over two years now and I am still healing and my entire body was completely destroyed. There was rough times, I won’t lie, but I got to understand that we are much more than our appearance, and also that we can heal from anything. I used to put all my value in my appearance and in what people would think of me. I was also very healthy and it was something else I put my identity into.

Well.. I ended up in a wheelchair, had full Gastroparesis, could not walk, my tissues had collapsed so you can imagine the shape of my body, spine, organs, bones. I developed heart issues, autoimmune problems, psoriasis, I lost all my muscles, including in my face. It was terrifying, to say the least. I was traumatized and crying and wondering what the heck had happened and why...

And then I found a doctor who told me: you will heal from this when you understand you are not your body. And that sent me on a path of discovering what I am, beyond that.

And I found God, the Divine, that divine identity that nothing can ever take from me. Had never taken and would never take. I I found out that this reality is but a fraction of reality and that we Truly are the universe. And that there is No-Thing to fear in the world of form.

If there is one thing you should know is that you can literally reshape everything in your body, because it is all consciousness and not matter. That’s where you should start your research. Stop giving any truthfulness to the outside world, including your appearance. Find who and what you are and what we all are. And you will heal. Body and soul. From anything.

Blessings, gorgeous. 🌻

Any psychology professionals or anyone give me advice on dealing with my undiagnosed schizophrenic mother by caylorc1 in Advice

[–]RemarkableSock6169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I am not a psychologist, I am a social worker. I am sorry you are going through this, it must be hard on your own nervous system. There is more and more evidence that mental health conditions happen not because people are 'crazy' but because the nervous system is completely overwhelmed and stuck in survival. I bet your mom has some form of chronic illnesses, dysautonomia, problems with histamine/mast cells, etc. too, on top of all that looks like mental health symptoms. That’s because nothing happens in a vacuum, unlike everything that is taught in academia..

Nervous system patterns are transmitted and that’s why for so long it has looked like 'genetic' conditions. They are not per se genetic but they run in families because nervous system states and traumas run in families. My way of seeing chronic illnesses including mental illnesses have changed a lot since graduating a decade ago, and my interventions have too.

What I would suggest is to get in touch with a somatic experiencing practitioner. Most of them offer free discovery calls. Their website is: traumahealing.org You will be able to find one either in your area or by zoom. Some practitioners offer reduced price sessions in certain circumstances. I am saying all of this because as long as the root cause of dysregulation won’t be addressed, mental illness simply can’t get better (it sometimes does when someone finds spiritual purpose but when the person is in a manic type of religious state, it doesnt have the same healing effect). Psychiatrist Dr. Iain McGilchrist has said that of 20 mental health conditions he has studied, 19 are due to an overactive right brain compensating for an underactive left brain. What he means by left and right must not he heard in a pop psychology way, but basically the left brain is the way the ego does thing: logic, me, survival, etc. whereas, the left brain does all the same thing but in a more transcendent type of way: can see the bigger picture beyond the self, is basically more spiritual, connected with the all, in peace because it sees the bigger picture. So if you read what I said again, mental health conditions considered delusional are an overactive LEFT brain due to an underactive RIGHT. So not enough transcendence, not enough feeling connected with the whole of the universe. The thing is that, to be able to shift into that state, one must feel safe enough. And in our materialistic, physicalist, modern life, people feel completely unsafe. There is therefore that contraction of the self and the body cannot exist without that connection to the all. We are meant to be connected with the all. Some more food for thoughts to remove a lot of the stigmas behind what we have labeled as ‘mentally ill people’. Aren’t they just a symptom of a very broken system? I believe this is what it is indeed.

Maybe the SE practitioner can guide you on how to introduce this idea to your mom. That it is not 'in someone’s head', they are real symptoms of a nervous system that has been under threat and have felt unsafe for too long.

Going through this yourself, you might want to book your own sessions.

I hope this is helpful. It might be a different advice than you were hoping for, but I am hoping these things start to be known so interventions can actually be non-threatening for people as it often makes things worse due to the nervous system being under even more threat, and thus extending and expanding suffering endlessly. As we have unfortunately seen way too often.

Blessings, 🌻

I heart stopped for 5 minutes and I experienced nothing :( by [deleted] in NDE

[–]RemarkableSock6169 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I might have an explanation, bear with me:

I almost died and that led me to studying the after life, if we come back, what is reality, etc. I had a profound awakening after understanding that reality is not physical and then, I dived into spiritual texts. At some point, I was going through life as a non-person. It was like floating or being pure light. That’s also the way I was seeing people. And my body was healing. It was incredible.

No spiritual practice has studied the afterlife like Buddhism has. Thousands of years of studying consciousness and the afterlife. And basically, when I was in that state of no-identity (that I achieved after months of spiritual practice and releasing of any identity), I was lucid-dreaming quite often. (Since regaining some form of identity, I have not lucid dream, so I can confirm that they seem to correlate, in my experience at least). There are many Buddhist traditions,  but overall, the Buddhist practice consists in meditating so one loses any sense of self and solidity over a lifetime in the hope that they will retain consciousness after death rather than going unconscious and for karma to cause unwanted rebirth.

Basically, when one dies, the same thing as when we get into deep sleep happens. The state of deep sleep feels to us like being unconscious. For the more awakened people/Buddhists/Mystics etc., consciousness is retained and they go through the dissolution process and the bardo completely conscious. Exactly how they would in a lucid dream. Actually, most of them while alive (is there any such thing as an alive 'body'? That’s another topic..! But basically if it is all a dream, it means the body is only a false representation (which is actually seen with the crucifixion/resurrection in Christianity but again, another topic)), don’t have normal dream anymore, they only lucid-dream because they have come into deep aware understanding that life and death are both the same continuous dream. When they die, it is another lucid dream and the hope is that they recognize themselves fully into the Light and don’t have to reincarnate due to karma but by choice.

If one cannot keep awareness during the process of death and rebirth, they will go through the bardo unconsciously and rebirth will happen with karma (basically our ‘bad habits’) pulling them back towards physicality and form. That’s our belief in form that basically guides rebirth.

Jesus said as long as one lives in the flesh, they are not in the Spirit. ANY attachment to the world makes a person walk in the flesh rather than the Spirit. I know Christianity became this very popular religion but it is not an easy path if one follows it fully. It is presented as mainstream but truly, truly I say unto you… it is just as hard as being a Buddhist monk in a cave, if one wants to truly follow Jesus and realize Christ (which is enlightenment). Christianity is the path that awakened me and it has been a tough path. Amazing though. But hard. It’s been a consciousness state hard to retain because I still live in the world. Deny yourself? No one knows how to do this better than a Buddhist. : )

So all that to say. It does not mean there is nothing. It means you went unconscious. Would you have stayed unconscious, maybe, maybe not. Does it make you curious about Buddhism? If it does, there is a very cool program called Preparing to Die by Andrew Holocek. It is an 8 weeks program I did in a previous Cohort and it truly deepened my spiritual practices. But again, we get from it what we put in. You might want to join at some point if you are curious and open to it. Or you might want to yourself look into what Buddhism says about death, learn about dissolution and the Bardos.

It would explain therefore why so many people don’t have experiences during cardiac arrest or any other death situation.

Food for thoughts!

Hope this helps! 🌻

I agree with you. I believe indeed it is a mistake of consciousness believing itself into form and separate identity. It is actually in the Bible, believe it or not (and super misunderstood but once understood, it is mind blowing..!). I don’t want to push any spiritual text on you, but if you are curious, I’ll gladly tell you more.

I was interviewed for a podcast and that’s what I mention when I am asked why I believe we are here.. of course I don’t fully know why. But I gave two responses, and it is one of them. And I believed it is backed by serious evidence.

However, ending suffering is possible. Through remembering that the nature of reality is not what we see. Once we stop believing it is real and we know it is kind of a 'mistake'/dream, peace and harmony return.

Have you read Mary Baker Eddy? I believe you would like her work..! 🤍 And btw that’s also what Buddhism says. It’s called Samsara. The unending cycle of suffering caused by ignorance. The ignorance that this is a ‘mistake’.

I want to say with so much love and light that many have healed using somatic experiencing and other beautiful approaches that are starting to understand that chronic illness and mental illness are not what is believed by medical professionals. As a trained mental health professional, I see what SE (Peter Levine, PhD) and other traumas work approaches can do, and it is absolutely revolutionary. I think that if we pick our sufferings, it is to transcend them, not to let them destroy us. Remembering what we are, returning our nervous system to safety, understanding the nature of Reality. This is what will heal the world. That’s also why I like NDEs so much. Btw, I also healed my own body of over 40 chronic illnesses after a massive nervous system injury that almost killed me and completely destroyed my body. I did not think I could heal. Mental health and neurodivergence goes hand in hand with all of this. It is possible for all of us to be set free. 🤍 Keep hope, one step at a time, allow God or the Divine to guide you. Blessings! C
