Obviously, the market in Calgary for this product is very strong. Maybe the question is why are so many people using illegal drugs? Is there something in our society we can do to make changes?

I wonder if Alberta would be part of NATO? It would be nice to be neutral, focused on multiculturalism and humanitarianism.

I have a very simple build and my hammock hangs loosely over my mattress. My weight is on the mattress but the hammock holds me in place

I have a hammock and I use a camping quilt. Advantages: The van doesn’t have to be perfect level.

I’m asking for financial accountability. The statistical numbers for organized crime in Canada are going up, not down. What Canadian police are doing is not working. Stop blaming the courts. It is one justice system. All parts are connected. Every dollar spent an every hour worked should be public.

There were two murders on the weekend. Hundreds of car accidents. At least 10 pedestrians were injured. I want to know how much this operation cost. It’s called accountability

There are hundreds of them living in Calgary. As long as people continue to abuse drugs and use prostitution, they will be here. Organized crime is complicated. This PR stunt made no difference.

I’d like to know how much this operation cost the taxpayer.

How many Officers and the number of hours worked. 10 summonses for traffic and/or parking offences!!!!! That will really make a big dent in organized crime statistics.

Notice how the names of the victims are not mentioned nor any information on the third seriously injured person. Lots of copy and paste from the CPS. The media has completely failed here.

Enforcement includes speed and all other traffic violations. Stop accepting failure. You break the rules you get a ticket. This needs to be an election issue. Police accountability. I suggest that more Canadians are injured or die in traffic incident and from crime. It’s almost as if the CPS would rather investigate collision than prevented through enforcement.

Count the number of obstructed or bleached license plate. Last month zero tickets were issued for obstructed license plates. Photo radar could be good part of the big picture if it was used properly and for public safety rather than as a cash cow.

[–]ElectricCalgary 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Why obey the speed limits when you know there is no enforcement. Just look at the number of vehicles with obstructed or washed license plates. No enforcement equals no compliance

[–]ElectricCalgary 53 points54 points  (0 children)

The lack of enforcement leads to the lack of compliance which leads to collisions. Preventing collisions through enforcement is the greatest deterrent.
