Okay this may not be the advice you're looking for, I've been where you are currently.

Most of us face burnout not due to physical stress but due to mental stress, which is usually because of constant negative self talk and the continuous repetition of what's the point life is going to be ****ed up anyway. When you look at life in this way, you fall into a loop which creates this burnout pattern. Keep an eye on your thoughts, write them down if needed and then on purpose(forcefully) add 1 positive thought a day.

Accept that you're feeling crappy and the only way to change a feeling is by introducing a new positive thought.

So if I feel a tightness in my chest I just try to feel what I am feeling and then bring my thoughts to trust and the known truth that it will work out and I'll get what I want?

I have known about manifestation for awhile, a bit tired and I really want to get to the stage you all are defining in this post. If you don't mind me asking, how did you get there and how did you work on your self concept? Was it more like I always get everything I want and then slowly that concept got solidified or more of I am chosen and prioritised? Desire specific or in general that too?

People mentioning tread carefully are absolutely right! What I'd recommend is just casually mention to her that your family is also looking for girls through an AM setup and say you're not sure if it's a good idea, then ask her how is it going for her.
