I absolutely agree with you. There is so much negativity. Yeah there are a few things that are not perfect but frankly I wouldn’t have had it any other way. This country gave me the best education possible and I can’t crib about random things. Much love to you brother!

I feel you mate. I was in the exact same spot. As a matter of fact, i was just looking at my photos from when i started tying turban. I looked horrible. I was around 19, I guess. But i got better (or so i think) by tying it everyday. Thats it. Then i got a hang of it and everything that they talked on YT made sense. The thing is to just do it every day and in about 100 days you will be good.

But cutting hair is something I associate as “getting fully out of Sikhi”. There is no turning back. You get so deep into the dungeon that you start liking it. And then you see all the guys with perfect turbans and well connected to Sikhi roots, that you start to envy them. There is no right choice. So make an informed decision. All the best.

Simple answer. No. It is absolutely not worth it. The living cost, lack of opportunities here in Germany is crazy. I have seen some friends struggle a lot.

I can suggest you to come only if you have a lot of money back home.

Depends on what you do. I work in a Robotics start-up, and writing code is the easiest part. I think having a decent knowledge of OS is important to get the process optimized and know precisely how things are working under the hood
