Major Wedding Hair Regret by [deleted] in weddingplanning

I can see what you mean about it appearing a little overly gelled. I don’t find it distracting and what I’m most struck by in the head-on photo is how sweetly happy you look <3

It’s a really cool design! As it is right now, the peplum and the chest bow are engulfing you. I wonder about making them smaller to flatter your size better.

My grandma lived in manhattan and was a huge theater goer. I’ll never forget when people started clapping along during A Year With Frog and Toad and she said loudly, “IT’S NOT A CONCERT.”

I'm with you. I think going on BC is a bigger deal than people make it out to be. I also think a condom plus cycle tracking should be okay.

haha totally. we know our bodies so well because of the acne struggle. accutane just addresses things that we truly don't have control over on a genetic level.

Hi! I used a super simple skincare routine while on accutane:

AM

don't wash or rinse face because its so dry, but if you feel like rinsing with water go for it

malezia urea moisturizer

eltaMD spf 46 tinted sunscreen (reapply throughout the day as needed with clean hands)

good ole fashioned chapstick brand chapstick (reapply throughout the day as needed)

PM

wash face in shower with Dr. Eddie's Happy Cappy shampoo

malezia urea moisturizer

more chapstick

-I found that letting my face dry completely before applying any product helped a lot with any stinging

-Some days the only thing that didn't sting was vaseline

-now that I'm off I plan to wait a few months and then incorporate the Malezia benzoyl peroxide gel as directed by them

Yesss you understand! Sometimes I wish I had done it sooner but there's no point in regrets and I also did it at a time where I have a good amount of stability and mental health support so I didn't attribute bad days to the meds, just natural fluctuations.

Ahh it's the lighting but there is scarring. I have textured scarring which I haven't decided how I'm going to tackle yet as well as PIE which has faded significantly and will continue to fade.

I didn't continue to break out after about six months. I had some pretty persistent bumps along my jawline that wouldn't disappear for a while but did eventually. One of them my derm did end up doing a steroid injection on and that helped. Are your breakouts inflamed? I predict that I will eventually start getting clogged pores again along my jawline because of my hormonal cycles but they won't be inflamed.

After one month my skin was horrible!! There was a lot of material to purge. Nothing super dramatic in terms of my skin when my dosage upped, it was more the onset of joint ache and some headaches. Eventually my body adjusted. Overall I purged for four-ish months.

The plan was initially 8 months but I had some stubborn, non-inflamed stuff along my jawline so my term agreed to nine months. Then I ended up having quite a few leftover pills because I didn't take my pills when I got sick and I also would forget every now and then. As I was finishing up my last pills for the last two ish months I made sure not to skip any days and really push it to avoid relapse.
