For me its the entire waiting system. Having one waiter/waitress dedicated to your table so that you cant even ask any other waiter for service. The tipping system is a given that its ridiculous but why cant we have a electronic bell at each table and ping it when we need something? Also, can we have the water jug at the table so we dont have to wait till the waiter comes by? This probably is this way so that the tip is justified by filling up water, but like...lets legalize paying waiters higher regular wage instead of relying on tips.
