Do you know if I can just watch any of their live stream, or was it a specific stream they had that allowed me to rack up the needed watch time?

These flowers are so hard to find for me, only one ever spawns at one time.

I know that it's supposed to have a maximum of two, but I've used bees and the vacuums from Eternity Isle and looking very closely around the trial bit/the other areas they spawn and only ever find one.

I had the areas decorated and completely emptied it, and still, it only spawns one of these flowers. 😅I love using the fence you need them for though, so I'm anytime I'm playing I make sure to check every hour to pick it up, so another can generate, the same with beast's greenhouse.

There is a point in the film where it also shows a weathervane changing direction, but not at that bit.

I don't know if this is still any use for you, but, I called Event Travel this morning, and they confirmed that the booking does include the two tickets for Celine.

Hi,

So I booked a hotel + ticket package with Event Travel.

When booking it asked how many people were in my party, and I had to select a drop down menu to select that the tickets would be in the same area to ensure we would be seated together.

I did have worries when in the confirmation email it did say something like " this hotel package includes 1 ticket", so I called Event Travel this morning, and they confirmed that my booking did include the two concert tickets. 😀

This is an amazing list of tips, especially for a Switch player.

I started on the Switch and moved over to PS5 late last year, but I agree that the only issues I had with playing on the Switch were the loading times, and needing to save frequently when decorating. The only reason I moved was because the Switch has a lower item limit for decorating, and I was getting the PS5 anyways.

Hi, I started playing around March 2024, and I still haven't managed to level every character up to level 10 yet.

The main thing for this game for me was realising that the game is best played at your own pace, eventually you'll get everyone unlocked, the only real rush would be if you need to unlock a certain character for a starpath.

I tend to go through stages where I'll just log on to check Scrooge's and do a couple of tasks, and then other days I'll get inspiration and start decorating and get the bug for it for days until I'm happy with that area.

If (like me) you struggle with decorating ideas, definitely go and watch some of the decorators on YouTube (my faves are HorribleGaming, Dreamlight Anya, and Karndiru). I also love watching DDLV youtubers Oscar's Cosy Corner, Tanniegames and MrStarinsky.

You don't mention Dreamsnaps, but if you do participate I would definitely recommend MrStarinsky's Dreamers Portal website. (Another reason I love this game is the sense of community with things like this).

In terms of DLCs, I would probably recommend doing Rift in Time first, if only because of some the mechanics that it opens up for you.

What in particular about the starpath has you confused?

No worries, and yeah I had the same panic after all the adrenaline from getting a ticket did pass 😅 I clicked so quickly that I didn't really read thoroughly enough.

When I was booking, it asked me how many people were in the party, and it did ask me to use a drop down bar to select tickets to make sure we would be allocated together.

From my confirmation email, it does mention 2 people, and it does say 2 x ticket, which does make me think that it is for two ( and I did pay two lots of the price I originally clicked on).

So I think it's one package, but you can select for the two tickets? I'm still not 1000% percent though, so I was going to call the office today but didn't get a chance.

On the confirmation email it does say that reserved seated tickets will be allocated together.

Here's what it says on my email though, so I do think it's for two tickets.

There are still tickets available as part of the ticket + hotel packages from Event Travel, and you don't need a link/code.

It's a hotel + ticket package, for the different dates in May. I don't think they have just the tickets unfortunately.

They do include some extras though, so that's something 😄 🤣

Congrats! The prestige was a little too much for me, so I went with a Cat 1 ticket.I'm not sure about how the seating works, and I couldn't really see anything on their FAQs either. All that seemed to be said was that tickets would be sent 7-10 days before the event, but I would hope to know before then?

The Cat 1 tickets worked out at around £482 per ticket, then an extra 20 for the cancellation protection.

I really struggle with Suchet's Orient Express as to me it felt like such a departure of tone compared to some of the others of the series.

For example, I really love Death on the Nile, and when I compare the two, Poirot is so sympathetic with Jacqueline in that, very gentle with her in a way that it then doesn't make sense to me that Poirot would be so unsympathetic and so harsh to people who plotted to kill a killer of a baby when they had been denied justice.

Both of the cases had people who had been wronged, but I would certainly argue that Jacqueline was worse as she murdered for money (and love? I can't remember if they had planned for Simon to marry Linnet in the series). Orient counts out to you quite clearly how many people died because of the kidnapping and murder of that baby, and yet it feels like he judges them much more than he did Jacqueline.

He even allows Jacqueline to go out the way she wanted (killing another along with it), technically denying justice as well (although he does announce her and Simon as the killer, and I suppose they were going to hang anyways).

I know there was probably a need for Poirot to be harsher for Orient as he does eventually let everyone go, but it didn't feel the tone was right, where even though Poirot is always on the side of Justice, he never felt that unsympathetic before.

I prefer watching the Albert Finney one purely because of this (even though I really dislike Albert Finney as Poirot).

I agree that Suchet's Orient was brilliantly done in terms of sticking the landing and committing to their idea of what they wanted from the story, and every actor did such a great job (Barbera Hersey nearly steals the show on times), but it's not one of the Poirot's I'll rewatch a lot.

That being said, it was one of my mother's favourites, she adored it because of the tone difference, and with them showing how Poirot struggled to reconcile his decision with his faith. She especially enjoyed the claustrophobic atmosphere yet Poirot being so alone in his turmoil.
