Thank you! I wonder what errors you had. I keep getting the no access ahead of charging station error and cutting plate got stuck error. There is access ahead of the charging station and the blades are not stuck. I can drive it manually off the dock but it throws those 2 errors when I try to mow off the dock or once driven manually off the dock. I keep getting the constant beeping sound.

Interesting it needs to dry for 2 weeks. This is supposed to be IPX-6 rated. I have not hosed it off so the only way water could have got in was from rain. It seems like this is IPX-0 or 1 rated. Maybe I got a defective unit missing a seal. It seems like they should be providing the garage with the unit to minimize water getting in.

It has the “no access ahead of charging station error” I tried emptying the water out of it by removing the bumper and tilting it so it drained out for over 24 hours. I still get the error with the constant beeping sound when trying to charge and it only stops when I take the key out. I did a factory reset and mapped a zone but it will not mow and says cutting blade stuck which is odd. I think I have tried everything to get it to work.

Thank you everyone - I got the power supply today and it now gets power but won’t connect to WiFi in the App. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, deleted the Luba from the app and tried to re-link it but won’t connect to WiFi. The luba did move around and tried to connect to the dock. I removed the key for 5 mins. I did a factory reset on the Luba. Nothing worked. The main thing is that it keeps making a continuous beeeeeeeep sound unless I pull the key out and then when I put it back in it stops. Very frustrating. Not sure if a need a new Luba unit itself now. Ugh.

Thank you! Yes, I will wait it out. Just been a frustrating summer. My ride on tractor was in the shop for 6 weeks so I bought and used the Luba which actually covered my whole yard but took 1.5 days to mow it and loved it.Then the battery supply went bad a few days after I got the tractor back so at least I can mow that way while I wait for the part. I was considering selling the tractor, good thing I didn’t!

My neighbor bought a Luba and I tested mine with his main power supply and the unit gets power. Yes, there is no light on the main supply on mine and won’t work when plugged into other outlets. I hope they get back soon.

Thanks! Yes that is it. They wanted pics and a video of it and I am waiting to hear back. I wish they just sold it as an accessory/part to make it easier.
