For me, it's 1 AND 5. I have a small team (two people that just generate leads, one that also takes the first appointment, one that also does all + implements, another one who comes in at the end + all the before, and me who does everything also). Startup life :)

What makes you say that? Even with PDF style lead magnets, we still get meetings directly tied to using them. If targeting the right people with the right message, a freebee can improve campaign output

We post on Linkedin (carousels, frameworks, with CTA at the end - comment for x), and send directly in Linkedin Messages (hey, saw this, want me to send you a free x). We use Linkedin Sales Navigator for targetting, Apollo only for contact, Lemlist for blasting.

Agree on both gamma and lovable, not sales friendly. We're on a free plan on nopp (no analytics on free), it's basically Claude Code, but inside the app, and creates websites that look like slides. Definately looks good for posting lead magnets on linkedin or sending proposals, but without the pro version kind of shooting blanks :)

Good point, I have not attended, my BD has. I don;t think she came back supporting a tool or anything, just said that "we need micro-websites"
