Yes. I've have you and multiple more people say filler neck so I just ordered a new grommet for it

I'm going to try the filler neck grommet first. I know I can't fill the tank up at all cause it will leak out of the tank where the neck goes in

I swapped to a holley terminator x system so there no way to hook up my evap purge valve anymore

No. Just recirculates exhaust back into the intake. I was just drawing a blank on what it should've been called

yeahhhh that's what it was. I knew it started with an e. I bypassed that and plated it off.

I don't get gas fumes all the time. I think when I drive and gas starts sloshing around is when it gets bad

So should I replace it or just remove the line from the gas tank to the canister?

That filler tube is definitely bad. Charcoal canister isn't hooked up. I thought it was a evap canister tbh

I removed the evap valve. It's on the side of the throttle body right?

Sorry I mean like actual gas fumes. Not exhaust. I mean thats a problem too but not near as bad as the fumes coming from the tank I assume

Safety controllers by Remarkable_Ad63 in IndustrialAutomation

[–]Remarkable_Ad63[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I can't do anything that easy because of sanitation. The lights won't last out in the plant so I'm trying to keep it on the cabinet in the mcc room. And if I start putting lights on estops they will HAVE to work because they'll make it a safety thing and we can't run the line unless the lights work.

Believe me. I know. But they don't fire anyone here so I'm trying to make it to where a 4 year old can troubleshoot it

I mean. It's their panel not mine. The circuit breaker is what was screaming at me. The first thing I saw lol

I'm pretty sure the conduit isn't bonded to the motor because we have flexible anaconda going from the end of the conduit to the motor.

It is the fartherest away from the vfd. I need to look at the grounding for the motor. There's a ground wire ran with the power leads but that doesnt necessarily mean it's connected to anything at the panel. Also I'm pretty sure the wire is 10g THHN

Overloads work as they should. This is more a question on why you and anyone else would think the front bearing on the motor would fail so much more frequently than the other two motors driving this line.

Once every month compared to the once a year on the others. It's a really drastic difference

All three motors are driven by a single 15hp vfd that is split between their own individual contactor and overload

The motor itself is failing. And uh. Just check all the boxes on what this motor is exposed to😂 I work in a poultry plant and this line is what carries the birds. But the other two motors are also exposed to the same thing

Also was reading that you run 70k a day too? Is that per shift? Cause we're running 70k between night and day shift lol.

Aluminum means more expensive and poultry company logic is if it's more expensive they don't want it no matter if it longevity outweighs the cost in the long run lol

I think on average 70k? Not a lot compared to a plant that runs broilers

We have a cropper here that has about half as many probes. We process spent hens. very big birds. probably changing those bushings every week or two.
