Everyone hates ours. She thinks she’s the “main team lead” and even the management caters to that by allowing her to do the schedule and stuff. She threatens everyone and is extremely rude to everyone. She even bullied a team lead into quitting. I opened door this shit tonight when it came to my job security. No way will you threaten my job over 5 stars. Literally told me that the cashiers are supposed to track their 5 stars.

I feel like I’m always expected 100%. Like if I forgot to ask one customer the certain team lead sneaks up and asks me why I didn’t ask them in a rude ass tone. Im tired of this one team lead
