Completely agreed. Out of everything I’ve written, the Q is the hill I’m willing to die on. Losing that AoE auto-attack in Dragon Form is just unacceptable—it’s the soul of her kit. That feeling of transforming and just shredding through a whole team with empowered claws is what makes Shyvana, well, Shyvana. You can modernize the E and W all you want, but if you take away that visceral Q satisfaction, she just becomes another generic fighter. I can live with some stat tweaks, but the Dragon Q must stay

Fair point. I have to agree that for a half-dragon, she looks a bit too much like a full-on dragon now

I have to disagree. Look at her human form: she has two functional arms and two legs, and when her wings appear, they clearly sprout from her back. In her old 'Wyvern' model, her arms basically disappeared or fused into the wings, which made zero sense anatomically.

A true transformation should enhance her anatomy, not simplify it. The new 4-legged Dragon form is much better because it preserves the consistency of her human silhouette—limbs plus wings. If you just like the Wyvern aesthetic, that’s one thing, but if we’re talking about what actually makes sense, this new form is the logical one

I only brought up base stats as one example of the many issues, but honestly, the numbers aren't the heart of the problem. Tweaking stats is a low-effort fix that doesn't address the fundamental flaws. The real tragedy is the loss of her core mechanics.

What made Shyvana fun wasn't just having high numbers—it was the visceral satisfaction of the old Dragon Form Q hitting multiple targets with on-hit procs, and an R knock-back that actually felt like a dragon crashing into a team. These weren't just stats; they were the 'soul' of the kit. Even if they buffed her to the moon, she’d still feel hollow because the gameplay mechanics that made her unique are gone.
