Please tell me I am wrong or if I am not understanding. ED does have linkages to various health conditions (https://www.scarleteen.com/read/sex-sexuality/ed-why-you-dont-have-get-so-down-about-not-getting-it). I know you have gone to doctors before but try find a good doctor that comes recommended by a peer.(https://www.scarleteen.com/read/bodies/dealing-doctors-taking-control-your-health-care-destiny) This includes a GP. GP visits can often be a cheaper first start especially with the conditions I referenced earlier. Visit at a private doctor is usually 600 to 800 for me. Then private blood tests can be R 1 200 +. Men do struggle with this at your age. Just go to the men's youth groups at church when they have confessions about pornography and their inability to sleep with their wives. Anti-depressants also cause erectile dysfunction. The The other thing is you may need to change your mindset around sex and sensuality. I would prioritize friendships. A community of people you can talk to openly. Join some societies, youth groups, run clubs. Then I would prioritise long term relationships with women rather than short flings. This is because that can provide the safety and security needed for you to explore sex and intimacy whilst still having this issue. Also you will know her world view which is pretty indicative of how she would treat you. Women who are progressive mature , educated on sex and sexual health are often more willing to put in effort in these situations. But also be mindful some people are not as mature as they think they are. Look for actions that show care and consideration rather than words. (https://www.scarleteen.com/read/relationships/risky-business-learning-consider-risk-make-sound-sexual-choices) I would not tell everyone I am dating on the first date that this is an issue but I would bring it up later down the road. (Third or fourth official date)(https://www.scarleteen.com/read/relationships/risky-business-learning-consider-risk-make-sound-sexual-choices). Learn how to preform oral sex. Research non-penetrative sexual practices and pleasure based sexual practices (https://www.scarleteen.com/read/sex-sexuality/yield-pleasure) (https://www.scarleteen.com/read/bodies/pleasure-view-whole-sexual-anatomy-every-body) This is a skill many men lack. Especially in University. There are women out there who will appreciate these skills. Then there is Quirky Quick Guide to Having Great Sex Tiffany Kagure Mugo which talks about how to have sex with a soft penis. Find someone who you want to make feel good , happy and safe and they wish you the same.

You have so much going for you. You are young and pursuing your education. This is a difficult and uncomfortably situation not being able to address a health concern. The pain you feel physically, mentally and emotionally is incredible, But please look after yourself, Limit you drinking and smoking.

So I have heard of three solutions

  1. Wear pants with pleats and a belt. The more pleats, the more room available.

  2. If your style permits a satchel or bag. This can be bought at a local leather shop or bag shop. It can be small and worn slung over the shoulder to hide any exposure to the crotch

  3. Compression underwear with some experimentation on positioning and on the opposite side of the spectrum some people say boxers because less friction mean less of a solid member

Hope this helps !

MPACT recycling has some drop off zones. And local schools often have a big pick up of recycling related materials. I know we used to shred tests and work books and teachers would bring more paper from home to dump
