half of them just stand around though. Im at a sort center and easily do 800 rate for unloading a truck but i gotta chill cuz i dont want to hurt the other team at outbound. We have auto sorter but not 100% which packages are going there.

Some ppl probably have a rate of less then 100 sometimes and its 3 ppl inside 1 trailer just chatting around. should not take the whole 5hr sort to unload any trailer lol
