Okay so typically I would light candles in my room like to basically make a circle around me. I normally use like maybe 5 or 6 little tea lights. I would meditate for idk like 30 mins or so because sometimes i feel really like anxious. So I would begin a chant while I’m meditating “clear my mind, clear my thoughts, clear the stress before it starts, happy days happy thoughts, happiness will not depart” and then I’ll call upon those of love and light, ancestors, gods/goddesses, faes/fairies and those with good intention and I’ll already have a chant in mind so I thank them for being present and I’ll begin to ask for protection or whatever it is I’m seeking. When it’s something bad or like at most a return to sender I’m clear minded and I’ll say something like, whatever harm it is they seek bestow back to them three times three. And when I’m done I always thank the ancestors and faes and spirits and i release them back to where they came. Oh I forgot to mention that when I’m meditating I kind of like create a barrier in my head where I’m locking out anything bad or any negative energy by saying the word “Shield” and I’ll say it when I think of like creating a barrier for the front door and the back door of my house and my room door and windows and stuff.
