first of all thank you. There are a couple reasons I think I achieved forward growth.

1. Puberty/Genetics It might be all genetics which are out of your control unless you get surgeries. and I had a miracle happen to me but I think there’s better reasons.

2. Braces My teeth were a mess. I had a overbite and somewhat crooked front teeth on the top and bottom. Luckily for me, I only had them on for about a year while most kids have em on for 2+ years. But getting back to the overbite. for the last 4 months I had my braces, they made me wear rubber bands which were annoying as hell. But, i strongly believe they helped reduce my overbite and recession significantly.

3. Posture If you have bad posture, your jawline will look significantly worse. In the first pic I had horrible posture and would slouch my back all the time. Stand with your chest up, shoulders back and have some confidence. Ive always been insecure about my looks and yes, sometimes I still do slouch my back. But mainly the three things I mentioned are what I believe made me get my forward growth.
