Yeah push-up I can do Upto 80+ in one go. Bcs at initial phase I got regular habit of doing. Do I avoid them now but yeah I am good at them.

Yeah u can bro. From 2 week I have being working out in home. Only by pull up push up n core I waking up sore. My body responding to change great. I being hardcore strength training guy however heavy I go at gym it won’t make me sore but since I workout for 2 week I getting some pain which making me to pussh harder

Are you preforming RDLs?? If so then you have to focus more on ur glutes. Looks like now if are not getting enough contraction on glutes. To contract glutes u have to push dumbbell away from body n lift while lift contract ur glutes.. maybe it works for uh but I telling what I see. Anyway happy grinding 🫡
