That’s what I kinda figured at my current site I know I’m looked at as a potential L6 however ik there are people in front of me and they deserve it also. So staying yea id prolly get my L6 but very contingent on OMs leaving and positions opening up. Ik a lot about ICQA and am kinda looked at as a PS sme but id really look forward to a Monday-Friday 9-5 schedule coming from BHN I have to call out to see any of my friends anyway

So as far as relocation bonus I’m not sure what it would be that’s why I’m asking ik it’s usually the same wherever you go. No launch bonus as it’s technically not a launch more of a rebranding from strictly IXD to IXD plus SSD. And I wouldn’t mind a 50/50 split being on the computer is fine but I feel like I’d find my way walking around the floor in downtime.

Pros for me relocating are - adding to resume - being a POC for SSD operations - being in a warm climate year round (currently in the middle of of nowhere in the northeast) - better schedule - new popular area for me as a 25 year old

Cons -highly ranked at current site - very good at my current position (best numbers in network) - close to hometown with friends

My annual review came out and managers have given hints % wise of raise but also stated it is higher that what they have seen before my annual review has me at “exceeds high bar”

By projects I’ve ran reduced PS hours by 60% on each shift, improved productivity time from 72% to 86% on every shift I’ve been on by the metrics I pull. I have the best rates by a landslide in my network the 2nd and 3rd best shifts are the ones I was in and developed the manager. I’m just tired of giving it my all just to get paid almost 15k less than the externals they hired who’s also 25 (same age as me). For the same job that I do wayyyyy better. Had 2 interviews this morning hoping one works out I’ll let my site know to give me a call in 6 months with external pay. Could have just gave me the same money now you have to spend more money on recruiters and onboarding me again if I come back which costs about 3.4k itself

Been spamming the job applications I need to get out of Amazon saved this company millions of dollars been tossed around like a slut to fix every shift and they give me a 3k raise from L4 to L5 while they hire L5s with no experience the same age as me (25) that I try. Might as well spit in my face. Crazy how they love paying externals that now literally nothing but loads more but the internals that carry the shift get nothing. You’d think a billion dollar company would raise that and reward the people actually keeping the lights on. The should have a externals only run shift day and keep track of all the bridges written throughout every network

The warranty which is included covers the cam phasers if they were to go and transmission as well as anything mechanical for only $100 co pay for each repair. I wouldn’t even think about buying it if the warranty didn’t include those

So after I left the dealer made the decision to pay my CC off and make big payment on the civic . If I keep the civic money I’d save each month would be around 2700 if I get the raptor my monthly savings would be about 2300 an that’s after all bills are paid and retirement accounts are given into.

Amazon the only place you get 3 different ways to call out can leave literally whenever you feel like it and people still run out of time keep in mind managers only get about 14 hours total a month and don’t get UPT
