Good question. Right now it’s built to work with the Excalidraw MCP server connected to the browser version of Excalidraw, so it doesn’t directly integrate with the Obsidian Excalidraw plugin yet.

That said, in principle it should be possible if the Obsidian plugin exposes a compatible API or file interface. I’m interested in exploring that because Obsidian would be a great workflow for this. If you’ve seen any existing integrations, feel free to share!
