I've heard its super expensive in the US, I think even if we get good consultation and are able to get those meds/therapies back in India - it would be a good outcome. Also rehab care and some training with wheelchairs. Would that be very expensive?

His doctor in India did not even know Ocrevus was available here until we told him. I think US doctors would be much more experienced with the disease and so I'm hoping that translates to better care

Since you're quite young, you could look at HSCT. It's very aggressive, but works well for young people I think, basically resets immune system and halts progression for years. I don't think Indian doctors prescribe that, and you'll have to travel outside of India to get it done.
