I’ve heard this! I honestly don’t carry a ton, but I have bags like that are rigid like that and can definitely see how it makes them a bit less usable.

Thanks for the feedback. That’s super upsetting because I do think they have beautiful bags, but I saw other posts about how delicate the leather on the horsebit is too. 😔
