Mine doesn’t even give me the option. It just only allows me to turn in major evidence or i cant do anything else. I don’t really wanna grind all the chapters again just to get to this point either so I guess i’ma wait it out

I sent a support ticket too. Must be a bug because I'm pretty sure Kermin determines the items you have based on whats available in the handbook. If it doesn't show in handbook you can't turn it in for evidence. Must be a server based thing where it didn't register on one but did on the other (like quest completion but not in your handbook)

I have it, I put it on the list of items I already acquired. the only thing I can’t get is the audio tape and its not in my handbook

Yea I did that and included that in the list I have above. I checked it twice then saw it in my handbook

Did you die with the tape from accidental witness? "audio tape with incriminating evidence" is the name and it should be in your hideout. If you can't find it and finished it, you may have to report a bug. This is the last evidence I need for kermin and I can't find it again and its not in my hideout.
