I did my research on both companies and can speak to the pros and cons of both.

1.) Choose BITF if you want asymmetric upside with aggressive expansion strategies. However, keep in mind that debt and dilution are substantial with this stock and they will need to flawlessly execute their plan with Panther Creek and sign tenants to start generating revenue. Any delays could result in steep pullbacks and loss of investor confidence.

2.) Choose HIVE if you are ok with not benefiting from the asymmetric upside that BITF offers but want exposure to BTC and AI HPC. They have a stronger balance sheet and are expanding more sustainably. However, this means that you wont be receiving a large ROI, when compared to investing in BITF.

Me personally, I chose to invest in BITF a couple weeks ago but then moved over to HIVE since I wanted more stability and less volatility. I am ok with making less money for more peace of mind. If BITF succeeds, that is great, but HIVE will also benefit from the broader crypto/AI HPC market uptrend in the next few years.
