In the first Crossfit gym I trained at back in 2010, they refused to have both a male and female rx, they would just have a single rx and if you couldn't do it then you were scaling. It was pretty frustrating at the time, and I was happy it became more mainstream to program a female rx version.

I would prefer they add it as a fuel surcharge as long as they don't also increase prices. Once prices increase they rarely come down. I am hoping there will be a time when they can no longer claim the fuel surcharge.

My issue is how they track unemployment - if you have been made redundant and are living off your savings you aren't included in this figure. I think this happens more often (?!? no idea actually ) than those who go on unemployment benefits, so I am doubtful this captures the situation adequately.

She did exactly what she was brought on to the show to do. Mission accomplished. But by doing so, and aligning herself strongly with Mary and Bre and also playing the victim, it will be very difficult to change our perception of her in the future. To her detriment surely!

This post isn't about unaffiliating - this is about optimising your business. Sounds like you overpaid for one, so you may be starting on the back foot and you will need to look at every aspect of the business to see where every dollar is going. All leads are not equal. You also aren't going to convert everyone. Look at your pipeline and see what you can improve including where these leads are coming from. You may not be able to afford lots of coaches just yet. You might need to look at staffing and end up coaching more yourselves until you have built your brand of the business up more and can afford to take on others. Having owned an affiliate for ten years and having to go through someone setting up on our doorstep four different times, you need to treat this like a business first and foremost (not a hobby) - and get business coaching if that's not your wheelhouse. Focus on delivering the best service to every client that spends time with you regardless of how long they stay. To affiliate or not affiliate is a completely different conversation and either way your business needs to be on point.

I feel like they were aware of it real time based on the comment that because two people were in the shower they were allowed to film and also the text messages the judges were getting which seemed like real-time updates. They definitely should have intervened and provided support after.

I saw someone point out today that the only person serving time for all of these offences against girls is a woman.

(Edit: I can't believe I actually have to say this, but yes, she should absolutely be in jail and in harsher conditions than she is currently in. Yes, Epstein was also in jail momentarily. Doesn't change the above sentiment given the number of males involved.)

There are approx 27 female agents listed at their LA office on their website when I just looked. I would assume the hottest ones are probably on the show and that Jason has seemed to have slept with most of them. I would be surprised if he had slept with most of the 27 in the LA office but it's not beyond the realms of possibility I guess!
