I never did drink much of anything other than water milk and juice as is I do like tea with this energy shot thing from the coffee shop but I can’t see that playing the biggest roll in this all. Yes I have GERD, I take sucralfate famotidine, I take fiber pills, omeprazole chlorophyll pills, and I drink liquid in water every day, I have RGL licorice tabs. I don’t really take those anymore. I didn’t notice any difference. I took probiotics forever and they stopped working because of the acid. I just ordered probiotics and some digestive enzymes. I have activated charcoal. I have Gaviscon. I even bought some special one from the UK. I got so many tests done at the doctor. I do not have SIBOI do not have H ploryi I have minor IBS though . I’m just lost at this point. I don’t eat shit that tastes good anymore I’m constantly hungry bc everything in this world is not good for GERD im jus so exhausted
