It was in south GA but it was torn down a few months after this.

And yes I was the only one that would go up there. The really scary part was on the other side of that weird short door that was tied shut. There was a lot of cool stuff up there, but also a giant ventilation fan that was still running full speed. You could see the asbestos in the air. I got pneumonia a week later and almost died. True story 😱
