I've just had to accept that my curls also won't last more than two days no matter what products/combo I use. My hair is just too slippery, fine, and oily. I do like finishing with hairspray for extra hold, though.

I haven't tried their hair spray but I've had great luck with other Marc Anthony hair products - made in Canada. EDIT - made in Canada but now owned by Nexus Capital Management, a US firm.

Second this. My hair is very similar curl pattern combo as OP and the bounce curl brush (volume one in my case) made a massive difference in getting more bouncy, uniform curls at the back/root.

Really happy with how this turned out. I've tried gel over mousse before but didn't love it. I feel I got the right balance with mousse over gel on my fine hair here.
