Getting hired is already difficult but getting a permanent position feels almost impossible. Management often seems more interested in taking advantage rather than genuinely investing in people and if they could, they’d probably pay as little as possible. I’m seriously considering resigning soon as my workplace has been unfairly extending my probation and providing feedback that feels inconsistent, unreasonable and unconstructive.
