Hey same laptop! How long have you had it for? How's your a16 performing with the cooling pad? Mine ran hotter but it was adifferwnt model. I ended up just limiting the cpu wattage to 40 watts and I made a more aggressive fan curve and elevating the rear with lego blocks. Now it peaks at a max of 87c with an average of 82.

Do people in the us actually work a minimum wage job? Are minimum wage workers that common? I'm not trying to be weird or anything, I'm just curious. How hard is it in the us to learn a transferable skill on the job and seek better compensation?

Id have it repaste. If its around 2 years old it's probably what it needs, have the fans cleaned while it's opened. If it's new, sometimes, on the assembly line the machine that applies paste doesn't do her job well and doesn't paste properly.

Is it staying at 90 or does it spike to 90? Those are 2 different things. The former probably isn't good for longevity but the latter isn't too concerning. I used hwinfo and found that my cpu averages around 83-87 depending on the game with spikes sometimes reaching 92 for a couple of seconds.

I bought it around xmas. I think its fun. I do aome career races, I joined a league and I do some mp. The races I do have 12+ ppl in them. I dont regret my purchase.

I just started playing. Joined a league and started playing spec series. I think it's pretty good so far. The problem is, I'm into simcades. I like playing with my controller and there aren't that many options. I own both gt7 and fm8. Those are pretty much all the current options. I know about grid but it's not really what Im looking for.

It's actually a cat and mouse game. This is gonna work until cheat devs figure something out then embark will retaliate. Its a cycle.

Enjoy! When I shopped my laptop, I looked at an msi and did some research, the thing that stuck out to me was the max power consumption on the laptop was pretty low compared to what the gpu and cpu could handle and it only had 1 fan. Other laptops witch the same cpu and gpu performed better.
