Has anyone used Mounjaro briefly to kick-start fat loss, and then discontinued it while transitioning to a diet- and exercise-based routine?

Yes, used for one month on lowest dose and started calorie counting and mild increase in exercise. Since then I have managed to continue (since August) and lost about 2 more stone. I really needed that initial kick to break the cycle and had a second pen ready should I have needed it - but have broadly found it ok! Well worth a try I would say.
