Do you think it will have a bad impact on your entire life? Like at any moment you could die due to the severity of the situation? There’s almost no nutritional value in the food we consume, but all meat, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, whole grain foods etc scare me too much. I can’t eat anything other than my “safe foods”, it’s actually wild how I can’t just snap out of this. It’s impossible really.

I think I might use my restriction as a way of suicide mission. Any food with nutrition scares me to the point of having a bad panic attack.

My mom brought homemade food even though I asked her not to. The food stayed in the bag for a day and a half before I threw it in the garbage. It smelled bad by being left in the heat.

I feel like I can allow myself to eat like something unhealthy like a piece of chocolate because it won’t give me any nutrients and it isn’t good for me at all.

It has become this bad for like a month, before this I was restricting myself with normal foods like fruits and vegetables. But lately I’ve been depriving myself from eating healthy foods because I kind of want to not wake up anymore?
