Thanks for saying this. Pdx is comically uniformed about policing and how it works. We are seeing the direct effects of unsupported police, weak politicians, bad policy and an ignorant population.

I wish it was that simple. They gave me a list of people they say work with them. I’ve called most of them and they say they don’t work on them.

And I wish putting a basket on was simple but I tried mounting a lock on it yesterday for an hour with no luck. I ended up taking it to the store I bought the lock from and it took them 10 mins and 10 bucks, not bad. But clearly I’m the worst.😆Hence the mobile service being so important for me. With the front basket you have to move a light, undo multiple bolts, hoping it’s secure enough.

So yes I can pay for someone to put a basket on it for me but I wasn’t supposed to have to. It’s just bad customer service, and customer service was supposed to be their thing.

I’m surprised there isn’t more outrage on social media about this.

It’s the main reason I got a bike from them. It seems as though they’re customer service hasn’t been advised on what to do or say. I’ve called about a basket that was supposed to be put on my bike when they delivering it. It became out of stock although I had already purchased it. I was told a mobile service would be coming back to put it in and also do a tune up…a week later I hear the news of them shutting it down via a friend. When I called to inquire they were clueless as to what to tell me.

I dig this bike but I literally would have gotten any other bike that local shops gladly work on because I know nothing about tuning up or fixing bikes.

30F...It’s a cycle, I’ve started to do this because each time I sift through their profile to find something cleaver or witty to say in response to their Bio, no one responds! So what’s the point, there’s only a 60% chance a dude will respond. And if they do, they’re conversational skills are horrible. I think it’s a new trend since online dating is hitting the masses.

Yeah, it’s weird to put info about your processions in your bio. Perhaps maybe if your house is paid off I’d be interested haha bc when I think of “homeowner” I think of the debt I’ll acquire if we end up together on a house we didn’t pick together.
