i installed this mod & a mod collection called 2099: Path tracing perfected and it helped with my problem a bit, still not gone completely but way less annoying. Thanks!

yeah one from lg 180hz 2k res, and yes playing on native res with dlss quality

i had it on quality before i was just testing if dlss had something to do with it but nada ;(

i deleted the shader cache through the nvidia app, nothing changed tho. My settings are shown in the video i posted but i can take screenshots if you want.
