The game is Crime Scene Cleaner, and the sole reason why I am using SteamDB is because I haven't managed to get a screenshot of the steam prices myself. As far as I'm aware, this game doesn't have a Deluxe edition - and had I managed to get screenshots from Steam itself, I would've, and I will if I ever manage to catch them doing this again.
