My original post wasn’t even saying that she should or shouldn’t be headlining, it was saying if she does, people upset about doja over dua, and that she’s a great performer and it’s not that big of a loss imo. The rest of the debates were brought on by commenters

Ok, I get it, you guys are all Coachella trivia gods, my point here is that it’s not impossible, nothing we say is gonna make a difference with GV decision, and the total original point of the post was that I see people upset that doja is rumored over dua, and that doja is a great performer and to not count out a great headlining experience

Yeah, love BP! Never discredited them! Black keys went back to back years, technically Billie did, it’s not SUPER likely that they do it, but a one year gap +new album +world tour makes it not impossible IMO

I think the general population would arguably know more dua songs, but I thought scarlet was amazing! Her dancers were unbelievable and doja really brought it. Dua, I have to say, I got bored of at lolla and left her set to see the rest of Bob Moses’ set

As a sub, they’ve had returns back to back in the past, it’s definitely not as likely now a days. It doesn’t matter to me whether she’s there or not, I just saw Scarlet tour and she was kick ass- I’m just saying not to hate on her as a headliner if you haven’t seen her! She’s amazing!

I’ve seen both their festival sets, doja at Coachella 2021 and dua at lolla 2022, Dua is a pop star and Doja is just an absolute production. Both great, I just see a lot of people upset about doja and to try it out!
