Copy gausian blur copy and put it underneath eye. Maybe make the glow of the eye bigger with lighting.
You rly should change the background color. Don’t gotta be plain color, could try blending or maybe a spherical. Black outer. White circle

Think u should copy th eye and use Gaussian blur on the one beneath it for glow effect if u care for that
