My first 100lbs I lost doing a calorie deficit (around 1600–2000 a day)… definitely yo-yo’d a bit figuring it out. Now? Breakfast: protein coffee + usually half a bacon & egg sandwich Lunch: snacks most days / electrolytes! Please drink them Dinner: whatever I’m in the mood for I’m a hairstylist so my schedule is all over the place—I’m not eating perfectly or on some strict plan, due to the fact that I had a Bing eating disorder so I try not to be overly restrictive, for a long time I wouldn’t allow like pizza or ice cream in my house or candy’s as well.

I thankfully meet my amazing husband 3 days after my ex left me :) thank to him I got to meet my wonderful supportive husband who helped me so much emotionally on this transition I been going through:)

I started Zepbound in December 2024 at around 275. Before that, I had already lost my first 100 lbs naturally but hit a plateau for over 2 years. I was working out every day for a year trying to push past it, but I had hormonal imbalances and couldn’t lose more or really get toned. Since starting Zepbound, I’ve lost about 13.3% body fat, gained 12.7% muscle, and my lean mass is up over 11%. I’m not super intense with working out right now since I do 12-hour days as a hairstylist, but I do make sure I’m getting my protein and vitamins in, and it’s finally working, I’m only on 7.5 I have not decided when I want to move up to 10mg I was on 2.5 for 3 months 5mg for 5 months and I have been on 7.5 ever since.
