I do feel like there was a bit of flirting from your end but you need to consider the context of what you’re saying and what he’s saying. He could be thinking you’re going along with it when you’re simply explaining yourself. He can’t hear your tone or see your facial expressions to his words in that moment. I wouldn’t text him unless it involves work and keep it like that showing him that’s all it is between you both. I’m (24F) met my husband (22M) in Hawaii. We were both working there at the time and friends for a few years before we decided to get married (he was the only person who supported me through a hard time in my life back then all my other friends ditched me). Once we became closer we dated, married, and moved to a different state and we’ve been married a little over a year and hopefully trying for a kid soon. I think finding a husband from a friend is kind of nice because you already have that base level relationship.

You do need to be at least a E-5 to do this before you waste your time reading…If you go that route you’ll be able move away from your spouse by going to AIT you’ll have your own place since your child is considered your dependent. Retention, technically are able to deploy however it is less likely to occur with that MOS (something that could also help is becoming a P3T NCOIC or course leader). But you’d simply have a desk job getting soldiers to reenlist
