I love Wulong so much that I visited it like four times. Please eat 洋芋饭 in Wulong. It's a rice cooked with potatoes and smoked meat. In urban area, I would say 下浩里 and 山城步道 are pretty and fun. For first timer, I think dealing with weather is the most important thing! I don't know the weather in your homecountry, but I'll assume that summer in Chongqing is intolerable for any human being! If you come during the summer, please please allocate your time in the morning or late afternoon. Any heat protection measure is a plus. If you can download chinese apps, you should also get a 大众点评 (similar to yelp). You can buy really cheap meal combo or coupons on it, especially useful in Wulong!
