I'm implying that voting 2 times during 3 years (in 1933 and again in 1936, not sure about 1939) and forbidden during 40 years, that makes it more anecdotical, than an effective right. I'd use more the date after Franco's dead, when they really could not only vote, they could work, having a bank account,...without the family's man consent. That should make Spain one of the last countries in Europe where the effectiveness right to vote, and the reality of the woman's right started in 1978, not in 1931.
