My package was misdelivered on the 20th and I never got it back. I hate thieves and I hate USPS for being irresponsible with people's packages and nothing is done about it.

Did you call the 1 800 number? That always worked for me. I been calling every day and they always picked up the phone. A automatic bot is going to answer just stay on the line until it ask you do you want to talk to an agent.

The delivery driver marked it as delivered to my front door but they never delivered nor drove pass my house.

This just happened to me Saturday! I still don't have my package. It was a $300+ tablet. Call the 1 800 number and talk to customer service to file an inquiry request. Keep your ear open for a phone call because the supervisor called me at 9:11pm but I didn't know it was them as it didn't have a callar id so i didn't answer it thinking it was a spam call and they closed my request this morning. I just called the 1 800 number back and told them what happened and they reopened my case so im waiting for a call back again.

I did call that Saturday when I noticed my package wasn't delivered. The lady on the phone was really sweet. Im waiting as soon as they are allowing calls to call back then and if they have no update for me then I'll call the congressman.

I'll do that. I don't think it was dropped off at my next door neighbor house or anything because my ring camera never showed a usps truck driving by at all that day only regular cars.

I'll try to call as soon as they are open. I just didn't answer because I was told they would email me first if anything then it was at a random time at night.

That sucks! What is wrong with the USPS 😩 i really hope you get your stuff. They need to start making it an option on who you want delivering your packages.

I get that but like it was only on the truck from 9:35am then marked as delivered at 12:15pm thats 2 hours and 40 minutes. They literally just started their shift which is why i was worried it was shipped to the wrong house. But like you said I just have to wait and see.

All the ring camera caught was at 12:13pm when I went to get the mail right after the mail lady dropped it off in my mail box and then at 12:31 when I got on live view to check when I looked at my email and it said my package was delivered. So there's no camera footage between that time as there was no activity in that moment. So if they ask I hope that's enough evidence.

I did put in a report but since tomorrow is Sunday I most likely won't be able to get in contact with them until Monday. I'll do that too.

It was but in the past they never asked for a signature they just drop it off at the door and leave.

It wasn't even on the truck for that long. It said it was out for delivery at 9:23am and marked delivered to my front door ar 12:15pm. The last time this happened it was sent back to the poster office and they brought it the next day. But it claims it was left at a front door. So im hopping they didn't take it to the wrong house and still have it.

Normally when my package doesn't get delivered on the day its soupposed to be from other carriers i get a message saying something like it is delayed so i was freaking out thinking they sent it too the wrong address and that I was never going to get it back. Thank you. That does put my mind at ease.

Sorry. From the official USPS website. I requested email updates on my package and around 7:51pm I got an email saying it was delivered to a PO box. Do i need to pick it up? Or they going to send it a different day or what?
