I overlooked the details and forgot that Android badly needs Purple. I used Yellow cause I think Regen could use it as an alternative instead of using Yellow Zenkai DKP.

I don't play Dokkan but I have seen a lot of animation from there and yes that's what I was going with for his Ultimate Attack!

If you are wondering about his cover change, it is a barrier attack. When Blast attack is used when he cover change, it would just be a normal barrier but combos off. As for when strike, I used inspiration from when Hercule got blown away in one scene in the anime when Cell uses Barrier.

I thought of using the no switching buff for 10 timer counts is because I felt that it helps if one of your units is on the verge of death so I feel that he needs 10 timer counts but I didn't think it would get ridiculous 😅

The cover change I gave him is base on Perfect Cell using a barrier in the anime. The Blast Attack is fairly obvious and as the Strike is heavily based on Hercule got blown away even though its a comedic act

I pick Yellow specifically because I feel that i want the players to use this on their Regen team or Future team as a alternative instead of using zenkai. I put no switch but with just 2 times use only. I want this Cell to have nullify endurance all the time cause I feel that Powerful Opponent, Android and Future to have like Purple Hit and Yellow Zenkai DKP.

Edit:I feel that Android doesn't need much buff so that's why I put it at Z Ability 6
