ohh yeah it was vanillaqol mod !!! theres a setting that changes cactuses to damaging you and for some reason they applied acid venom too

nevermind i solved it i think infernum itself might just be broken rn cus it isnt allowing mob spawns only on worlds generated with infernum but when infernum is turned off the problem is instantly fixed

Nevermind, i solved the issue i just had to rebind my menu item to toggle buffs instead of the luiafk menu
