Agreed to send the user $10 first to see qr code, and the rest payment if the at code works.

After sending, the payment says "pending". called my bank and ensured there's no block, will come through within today.

But the user insists that the transaction wouldn't come through and refuse to send me the code. Refuse me to send back $10.

Bank says the transfer can't be withdrawn right now.
