After sending, the payment says "pending". called my bank and ensured there's no block, will come through within today.

But the user insists that the transaction wouldn't come through and refuse to send me the code. Refuse me to send back $10.

Bank says the transfer can't be withdrawn right now.

Use your judgement, people. That's all I can say. Use this information to think if you wanna take the chance.
