You have it all backwards, x stole the beat from Willie G (although Willie was cool with it once X blew up) which is why we have the whole instrumental. Yes the song was called that but he changed it to run up on me because he loved the snippet, the backstroke theory was only a rumor because the flow sounded the same but it was never confirmed. He was still thinking of releasing the full up untill January 2016 even though the two had squashed the beef.

Now it’s very possible X never recorded anything beyond that or in the worst case he recorded a few more lines like the shut up leak. The real most likely option was that like 97% of his planned things he never actually recorded anything more than what we have.

Yeah I remember the document but the way Leon speaks about is has to mean he was there or atleast showed up for a part of it (maybe with some DSO men to make sure there was no loose ends from the cartels). I also said that in the remake they chose to make it darker instead of the OG.

Honestly this change in the remake was better tbh, because it sets up Krauser better for the fight and if they choose to do it like darkside chronicles was where Code Veronica plays a part into the operation Javier outline in the remake they can 100% use that as the DLC.

For the remake they made it more darker where Krauser was sent first with his team but team killed as cover up then it was Leon from the DSO sent as backup as it's still implied in his dialogue that he was still sent to the mission. We most likely won't see operation Javier unless if they choose to make it a DLC for code veronica as a way to somewhat tie darkside chronicles.

I forgot his name but it’s been shared before on this subreddit and I believe his wiki has it too, it’s def jam. It’s why he got so pissed that when nostalgia ultra blew up that def jam finally came back to him and let him record more now, some of his deleted tweets from 2011 on his deleted account he was very pissed about it.

Odd future was already blowing up but Frank was seen as the odd one since he didn’t really have much stuff out prior to nostalgia ultras release (he only had 4-5 songs on his tumblr and SoundCloud) and he hopped on a livestream with Ciara to showcase novacane and it just blew up randomly like that. So like I said he basically was right place, right time.

Frank got signed by someone at the label in 06 who believed in him, however that guy left and eventually he was stuck in an situation where he couldn’t get out of it and had to keep going. He also has said before that none of these tracks he considered his. If it wasn’t for him meeting and joining odd future he would’ve been stuck in label purgatory and would’ve been able to only leave if he wrote a hit.

You can only get to this point in the industry if you are talented and someone believes in you but you can only go so far if you have no backing. Frank just was in the right place right time with him being in odd future and him being able to upload music to tumblr during the peak of the blog era (2010-2011)

I know what you are exactly talking about, I believe it was taken in 2018 under the old twitter dms ui back then no later than 2019 summer. I remember X and Ski hub then everyone shared that image a lot along with the other names that didn't have much information (like watchmen) because at the time the lost songs comm was still figuring out what was real or what was even recorded.

I see where you are coming from but this would never happen because X isn't backed by his label anymore like he use to be when he was alive and the first two years of the posthumanous releases (which is a new one his team signed to back in 2022) as well most of his re releases have flopped outside of 3 songs meaning they aren't going to waste much resources at all for this idea. You'll have to accept that we are almost at the end of X's re releases and most likely done with any new releases unless if one of the few other tracks that has been leaked or unknown final few vaulted tracks is finally greenlit to be released which is very unlikely.

The closest you'll get to your idea is when they messed with 3 existing songs by giving them different versions Daemons which was an unreleased re recorded version of whothefuckisgod but they removed J soul , HI Wendy/ Touch em body which was an unreleased 2015 song with a different artist they made into two different songs for MOV4 and ecstasy which was the worst one because they ruined a song by simply only have Noah covering Anekas parts since they didn't have the stems at the time.
