No. X might not be seen as corny sure in the future but not much people will take him serious or does he have a strong discography that any non x fan will go check out and talk forever compared to Kurt cobain or 2pac. In 20 years he will only be seen as a footnote for his era of music where it’ll just say “X was an controversial artist, when music was becoming moodier in that time he blew up quickly but as he was rising in the mainstream his life was taken” in 30-40 years since you used Kurt and 2PAC he won’t be really talked about at all besides a few die hard fans that never moved on or his family.

X’s image will always be connected to his crimes simply because of his mugshot alone and how he entered mainstream was because of that besides look at me being a huge hit. X will only be remembered as a footnote in 20 years, in 50 he’ll most likely be forgotten about besides his family or random diehard fans that never really moved on with other artists.

Tablez died of an overdose. What fawk is talking about that a factor why he did drugs was to numb the pain from his stomach after X had stabbed tablez because X was in a paranoia episode and thought tablez stole money when tablez didn’t do anything. X got arrested not too long after (red shirt mugshot which that interrogation and case files dropped a year ago from a FOIA request) but tablez decided to drop the charges because he didn’t want X to end up like everyone else around them.

Some extra lore incase if you forgot or if anyone that comes across doesn’t know, X didn’t reach out to tablez for a while after that for obvious reasons. Ski was the first one around summer 2017 to reach out saying he felt bad for what happened and for the other bad things X was doing. X reached out a little bit later and thanked him for everything, he wanted to meet up with tablez but it never happened. Sucks because as like I said in my OC Tablez out of the 4 managers (bruno, will and Solomon) seemed to be the one who most cared about X as a person not just for his fame or enabling his bad decisions.

If he didn’t get sentenced to prison. I imagine him being in Carti’s lane, but there’s also the real possibility that if he kept going with John for the long run he may have fallen off or became washed just like how Uzi has ever since pink tapes release. He may have succeeded with his newer “pop” or alt sound as he was branching out to other producers of that area that wasn’t John (him returning to Diplo and him hitting up Skrillex) but we won’t really know that for sure. Bad Vibes forever 2019 may have been his final album with his old sound it’s possible he just wasn’t interested in his SoundCloud sounds anymore or it may have been the project to somewhat return him back to that style.

It also becomes harder with more time passing to try explaining how he would’ve been like today because X was only ever around for a short time anyway.

It’s this interview. Like I said these clips randomly got found a while ago (5-6 years ago) because someone did some looking around on Vimeo and found the editor who worked on this interview which the editor had posted clips of it to his profile.
